At the moment, all orders placed in our store come with free shipping!
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that your order has been registered in our system and that we have begun processing it.

Estimated Delivery Time (United Kingdom Only)
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days
Total Delivery Time: 7-15 Business Days

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Missing Packages

Delayed Orders:
If the maximum processing and shipping times have passed and your order still hasn\'t arrived, don\'t worry. Please allow two additional days and remember to check your tracking number. If your package is still not delivered, contact us with your order number.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem: you have two hours after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation.
Beyond this window, or once the order is in processing, it can no longer be modified, as we work to dispatch it as quickly as possible.
